This is an exciting opportunity to work in a non-volume team, gaining exposure to both local and national clients across the UK.
You will work alongside highly regarded professionals in the conveyancing field, handling a variety of non-volume property transactions. If you're looking to step away from a high-volume environment and join a well-established, reputable firm, this could be the perfect move for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with non-volume Sale, Purchase, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership, New Build, Freehold, Leasehold, and Unregistered conveyancing files.
- Supporting senior conveyancers with the day-to-day management of property transactions.
- Drafting legal documents, conducting property searches, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a property paralegal role, dealing with a range of residential conveyancing matters.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing high-quality service.
