Our client is a leading international investment firm with a dynamic, collaborative culture that has been central to its impressive growth. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA) to support a high-performing team of approximately six investment professionals based across the UK and Europe.
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role with a strong emphasis on complex diary management and international travel coordination. Exceptional organisational and communication skills are essential.
As with all EA roles within the firm, you will engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. You'll play a key role in building strong relationships-particularly with other EAs across the business-to ensure seamless support for the team. The division is known for being respectful, collegiate, and team-oriented, and they will value your expertise and proactive support.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, ideally within the finance sector or another fast-paced professional environment such as consultancy. Stability and discretion are essential.
