Reed HR has partnered with a distinguished company to appoint an experienced Interim HR Director. This role offers a competitive day rate and the unique opportunity to lead and shape the HR function during a critical period of transition and growth.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all HR-related activities, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Lead change management initiatives, driving transformation and ensuring effective communication across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, mitigating risk and advising on best practices.
  • Manage and develop the HR team, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant HR qualifications or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD Level7).
