Product Design Lead (Full Stack UI/UX, 2D/3D)

Product design Lead required for my client, an early-stage startup poised for rapid growth, their focus is the build of an easy-to-use digital twin platform focussed on the sports and entertainment industry that merges 2D and 3D experiences with AI. As part of their planned growth we're seeking a hands-on Product Design Lead to spearhead the entire design function and evolve it into a full-fledged design team as the company scales.

Responsibilities:
- Establishing and evolving the Design function, defining processes and fostering a design-centric culture.
- Conceptualizing, prototyping, and validating intuitive user interfaces in both 2D and 3D realms.
- Rapidly iterating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for our combined platform.
- Crafting user-focused designs aligned with business objectives and feedback.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Providing graphic design support as needed.
- Recommending and implementing scalable design technologies and processes.
- Contributing to the overall product and technology vision.
- Innovating methods and tools to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in UI/UX design across 2D and 3D domains.
- Proficiency in contemporary design tools like Figma and Blender or similar.
- Strong grasp of design patterns, layout, and aesthetics.
- Experience in user research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Microsoft's Fluent2 design system.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-centric mindset dedicated to meeting user needs.
- Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented.
- Upholds integrity and ethical standards, especially regarding customer data.
