National Account Manager

Are you an experienced National Account Manager looking to join an innovative business? A new vacancy has become available for someone to become involved in strategic management on a national scale, including Northern Ireland, focusing on maximising sales, equipment availability and customer satisfaction through innovative solutions and effective stakeholder management.
Day-to-day tasks of the role:
- Conduct daily analysis of sales data and system reports to identify and address lost sales opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate the installation of new equipment and customer communication points, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Analyse performance of locations to develop strategies for maximising revenue and return on investment.
- Maintain an up-to-date asset register and manage financial controls to meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, innovations, and promotions in collaboration with retailers to drive sales growth.
- Oversee the performance of contactless payment systems to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly report on equipment performance, customer satisfaction, and sales trends to both internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Significant experience in B2B national account management, preferably within the retail industry
- Proven track record of delivering consistent sales growth and managing large-scale accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across various levels.
- Experience in managing complex projects and driving change in challenging environments.
- A customer-focused approach with a drive to deliver exceptional service and results.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £50k with the potential for a discretionary bonus based on performance.

- Standard working hours of 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
