An exciting talent agency have a new opportunity for a Talent Assistant to join their thriving digital department. This is fabulous entry level opportunity supporting some of the agency's most established and successful agents within social media, fashion & TV. This is a fully onsite role, 5 days a week in the agency's Central London offices.
The Job
- Assisting on the content approval process for live digital campaigns
- Maintaining internal talent booking systems with up-to-date information
- Uploading and updating website with new talent imagery and stats.
- Supporting senior agents on execution of social strategies for talent.
- Managing gifting and events calendar for key talent
- Scheduling content and posting across the agency's social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Monitoring social media trends and industry updates.
- Ad hoc talent and campaign administrative duties.
You
- At least 1 years' experience working in social media or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
- Analytical and capable of interpreting metrics.
- Creative mindset with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
