Facilities Manager - Hard Services

Catch 22 are working with a property investment and management company who are seeking a dynamic Facilities Manager to oversee the hard services on a large retail and office space in Leeds City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow and progress their career in Facilities Management with a company that can support and develop you on that journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall management of maintenance activities in a retail centre and office space, managing contracts covering areas such as M&E services, landscaping, and other outsourced services.
  • Hands-on supervision of PPM's and repair work to ensure standards are met, including the ability to "roll sleeves up" when necessary.
  • Responsible for Health and Safety compliance, policies and procedures - IOSH/NEBOSH preferred.
  • Supervise contractors and review Risk Assessment and Method Statements for on-site work.
  • Prepare and review reports and ensuring accurate records on CAFM system (Horizon).
  • Conduct tenant inspections and site visits, maintaining strong relationships and communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage small budgets and contribute to the tendering process with a strong commercial understanding.
  • Lead and oversee the work of the Assistant Facilities Manager, providing guidance and support.

This is a permanent 40 hour contract with a salary of around £35,000 but open for the right candidate.
