Job Description:
The procurement specialist role supports procurement operations for the culinary org. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role ideally in a food service/tech company. Excellent communicator and experience dealing with XFN partners. Highly analytical and strategic thinker.
Qualifications:
A procurement qualification such as CIPS is desirable and proficiency in G suite.
- Managing new product requests from the business.
- Preparing and coordinate sampling sessions for our FTE chefs.
- Managing cafe smallware's and equipment requests.
- Preparing category reviews and analysis reports.
- Preparing market reports.
- Coordinating purchasing vendor QBR feedback reports.
- Providing training and support to CafePro users.
- Carrying out all admin duties for the assigned category.
- Communicating any changes to product or supplier information to business.
- Implementing and maintain sustainable procurement practices.
- Supporting XFN teams for any new cafe openings.
- Actively tracking savings and cost mitigation.
- Sourcing, negotiating, and managing cafe suppliers in accordance with our procurement SOPs.
