We are working with a leading Legal 500 law firm seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our successful Plot Sales Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, providing exceptional customer service to both new and returning clients.
- Assist with initial matter set-up, including drafting confirmation of instruction letters, updating central records, and entering client/matter details.
- Provide dedicated support to Conveyancers, ensuring efficient handling of legal tasks and queries.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations throughout all transactions.
- Collate and complete due diligence documentation to comply with Anti Money Laundering Regulations.
- Manage routine client telephone enquiries, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and file opening requirements are met.
