Deputy Manager - Domiciliary Care

I am working with a highly reputable, well established homecare provider who are seeking a passionate and committed Deputy Manager for their service in Dunstable, Bedfordshire

You will be supporting the excellent Registered Manager in the day to day running of the branch. There will also be lots of scope for career development as the company grows!

Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:

  • Assisting in managing the day to day running of the branch – focus on managing the team of care professionals and efficient operation of the service
  • Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
  • Ensure the service remains compliant with the CQC
  • Support and manage office staff.

Deputy Manager Requirements:

  • Previous homecare experience is desirable
  • Will consider those from a Care Home or supported living back round
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Knowledge of Bedfordshire and surrounding areas
  • Ambitious and driven personality
  • Driver with own vehicle essential
