My client is looking for a competent Executive Assistant to join their organisation and support a key director in the business based in Lincoln.
Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage schedules and organise meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other important documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Participate in project planning and implementation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Profile
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
- Experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Can commute to Lincoln
