Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Virginia Water - Surrey - Hybrid
Employment Type: Part-time - 2 days per week
Reports To: Managing Director

As the business continues to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Manager with proven Xero experience to support the day-to-day financial operations.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero accounting software
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including supplier invoices and customer payments
- Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with HMRC regulations
- Monitor cash flow and assist with cash forecasting
- Assist with payroll data preparation and journal posting
- Support month-end and year-end processes including journal entries and trial balance
- Liaise with external accountants and HMRC as needed
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting
- Maintain and organise financial records and documentation
- Support the wider administrative and finance functions as needed
**Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within an SME environment
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- Solid understanding of UK accounting principles and VAT regulations
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
