Description
Credit Controller
- Coordinating the debts of existing creditors
- Managing all billing transactions
- Ensuring all transactions are processed promptly
- Processing invoices and reconciling finance accounts
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
- Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
- Conducting credit checks on all customers, set and manage credit limits
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A strong understanding of the principles of accounting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good understanding of relevant legal obligations
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
