Robert Walters are delighted to be exclusively partnered with this rapidly growing specialist services organisation. Based in modern offices in Runcorn - due to expansion my client is looking to appoint two Accounts Payable Clerks on a temporary basis. This role will initially be for circa 2 months, however there are real long-term opportunities for the right candidates.
You will be joining a fast-paced, vibrant team and working for a fantastic organisation. The office has a relaxed feel to it, however the work will keep you busy! They are going through a really exciting period of growth.
Key duties of this role will include:
- Using the bespoke software to process, match, batch and code invoices
- Speaking with suppliers and resolving any queries
- Updating various Excel spreadsheets
- Working with high volumes of invoices
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Helping out with ad-hoc duties in the team
In order to be considered for this role you must:
- Be available to start with a maximum of a week's notice
- Have previous experience in a fast-paced accounts payable role
- Be comfortable picking up software
- Have a great telephone manner
