Vacancy - Business Manager - Somerset Area
Role:
As a Business Manager, you will be at the heart of our sales operation, working closely with the Sales Manager to drive success. Your key responsibility will be to maximize profitability while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You'll be pivotal in motivating and supporting the sales team, coaching them to excel and identifying new business opportunities. With a focus on achieving volume and margin goals, you will also manage lead systems, ensuring they are accurate and effective. Your role will include guiding the sales team through the sales process, assisting in closing deals, and overseeing compliance with FCA guidelines.
About You:
You can bring strong sales techniques and numerical prowess, paired with a passion for the motor industry. Your experience in retail sales and team management has honed your ability to train and inspire others effectively. Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Salary: Basic - 25k / OTE - 56k (uncapped)
Hours:
Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 6.00pm
Sat - 8.30am - 5.00pm
Sun - 10.00am - 4.00pm
Working every Saturday, 1 in 3 Sundays with a day off in the week (45 hour working week)
