Hours: Part-time

Position Overview:
My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Account Manager to join their dynamic digital agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategic marketing plans, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. This role also includes managing two junior staff members and requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and fostering strong relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet client goals and objectives. • Coordinate with internal teams, including SEO, content, design, and development, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage two junior staff members, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and present strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing campaign results and future plans.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are of high quality and meet established standards. • Report directly to the CEO, providing updates on client accounts and team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Account Manager or similar role in a digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative marketing solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing high-profile clients or large accounts.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Experience in e-commerce or working with large websites.
