Marketing Manager

My client is a multi brand company looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

As the marketing manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and boost sales. You will contribute to the success of the business and brands with digital marketing on social media platforms, websites and SEO. You will lead, mentor and develop the skills from your marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Oversee the evolution of our brands, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Lead the creation of compelling brand stories and messages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
  • Optimise online presence through SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
  • Utilise data analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content distribution.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor customer feedback and market sentiment, using insights to improve marketing strategies and customer experience.

Skills & Experience - We're looking for someone who has/is:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a marketing team.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and fashion trends.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Experience in the beauty industry or a related field is a plus.
