We are currently working with a Wallasey based primary school to find an Early Years Foundation Stage specialist primary teacher to take over their Nursery class for the morning session Monday-Friday starting September 2024.
Your new role
Hays Education Wirral and the headteacher are looking for a part-time nursery specialist teacher to join their team of 6 teachers and teaching assistants that make up their EYFS team.
You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculum to the F1 class. You will also need to build and maintain a caring and nurturing environment where all children are settled into their new setting and encouraged to flourish.
What you'll need to succeed
For this Nursery class teaching job you will need:
- Qualified Teacher status or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Have recent and relevant experience working with Early Years aged children that we can reference
- Have excellent knowledge of EYFS especially phonics and numeracy
- Have a calm, nurturing demeanour to help support children new to coming to the setting
