Location: Rathcoole, Dublin

The Client:
Our client is a well-established real estate agency, specialising in property management, auctions, residential sales, commercial real estate, and leasing.
The Role:
As a Property Manager, you will coordinate with owners, landlords, tenants, and contractors on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Addressing daily general maintenance concerns.
- Performing property inspections to maintain its condition.
- Managing inquiries from owners and tenants.
- Informing clients about legal obligations.
- Maintaining regular communication with property owners and management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Understanding of Landlord / Tenant Law Including RTB, Rent Increases Notice Periods.
- Skilled in outlook, word and excel.
- Exceptional problem solving and time management Skills.
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
