If you are a HR Administrator with a little all round experience then this could be the perfect career move for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all round administrative support for the HR Manager
- Preparing monthly payroll ie: administering timesheets, absences and contract changes
- Administering the recruitment of teaching and non teaching staff
- Co-ordinating interviews and administering compliance checks
- Monitoring staff absences and carrying our occupational health requests
- Ensuring staff receive safeguarding and maintaining training records
