If you are a HR Administrator with a little all round experience then this could be the perfect career move for you.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing all round administrative support for the HR Manager
  • Preparing monthly payroll ie: administering timesheets, absences and contract changes
  • Administering the recruitment of teaching and non teaching staff
  • Co-ordinating interviews and administering compliance checks
  • Monitoring staff absences and carrying our occupational health requests
  • Ensuring staff receive safeguarding and maintaining training records
