Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join our dedicated team on a long-term supply basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator or a newly qualified teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons to inspire and motivate our Key Stage 2 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum, catering to the diverse needs of students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes pupil progress and well-being.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate learning.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students is desirable but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
