Our client, a market-leading supplier, are looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their growing team at there Colchester offices. The successful candidate will maintain strong financial controls through balance sheet reconciliations, project profitability reporting and co-ordination of external audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate month end reporting to strict deadlines
- Assist with annual budgeting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Project profitability reporting
- Bank reconciliation
- Calculation and payment of quarterly VAT
- Weekly cash flow forecasts
- Process payroll
- Manage and mentor the finance team
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years relevant experience within a similar role
- Experience of managing a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage own workload
- CIMA/ACCA or ICAEW qualified or equivalent
