We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product ReUse Executive to join our growing team. This new role is crucial for improving and maintaining our Product ReUse processes to support the smooth running of operations and its ongoing growth within the business. Day to Day of the Role:
- Manage reporting and communication for Product ReUse across the business, including contamination, volume forecasting, on-sale, and shortage tracking.
- Identify and recommend process improvements within day-to-day operations and reporting structures.
- Handle invoice reporting and processing, including the internal rewards process via finance.
- Support the day-to-day operational management, including internal communications and product flow management.
- Provide wider team support, including on-sale reporting via Excel, barcode checking, and shortage reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and develop powerful working relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-focused approach.
- Competent Excel user, familiar with pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.
- Ability to self-prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- Experience in operational supply chains is preferred.
