Adecco Public Sector are proud to be working in partnership with a customer centric and proactive housing provider to recruit a HR Officer on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Based in the West Midlands hybrid working available (three days in the office)
Salary: circa £28,000k
As the HR Officer you will be instrumental in delivering a first-class service to both internal colleagues and to the outsourced functions. You will be the initial key point of contact for employees for all people related queries.
This is a key role to coordinate and administer a wide range of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, overseeing the outsourced functions, learning and development, monitoring and developing HR policies and processes and managing key HR administrative tasks.
This is a truly exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of a high performing HR service. Supporting the HR Manager to achieve objectives in accordance with the organisations mission and values.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR role.
- Previous administration experience in a fast paced, professional environment with proven expertise of working in a customer focused team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, organise your own time effectively, prioritising and setting realistic timescales.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop working relationships with stakeholders across varying levels.
