Hooray are delighted to be exclusively supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for a Lecturer to join their team on a 3 month contract working within the specialist SEND department.

As a Lecturer, you will:
- Complete baseline assessments on students to ensure lessons are deliver to the right learning level
- Devise personalised learning plans on each student, taking into account their EHCP outcomes and personal aspirations
- Motivate and engage students during lessons by using a range of appropriate teaching and learning techniques
- Select and develop a range of effective resources, including appropriate use of new and emerging technologies
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of own teaching, including consideration of learner feedback/engagement
To be successful as a Lecturer, you will:
- Be a qualified teaching with significant experience in teaching SEND students
- Be adaptable in your approach and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Hold GCSE English & Maths at grade C or above
In return, my client are offering an hourly rate of £33.01 per hour. Please note, this is a full-time opportunity for an initial 3 month period, with the possibility of extension.
