Commercial Finance Broker:
- An independent, highly successful commercial finance brokerage is looking to expand the team. They are looking for a Commercial Finance Broker who is enthusiastic and has sales experience. They are a rapidly growing business, sourcing commercial finance solutions to the SME marketplace.
Role Responsibilities:
- The Commercial Finance Broker will be responsible for sourcing and managing their own lending opportunities. They will also work within the company's accountancy group.
- They will be able to follow up with leads and have direct leads which are produced by the brokerage.
The brokerage sources the following products:
- Business Loans
- Invoice Discounting
- Merchant Cash Advance
- Asset Finance
- Property Finance
Main Duties:
- Have a keen passion for sales and be professional when sourcing finance solutions for clients.
- Be able to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and prospects to maximise sales opportunities.
- Must be self-motivated and have a passion for financial success.
- Full compliance training and support will be provided so you can feel confident in the products you are sourcing.
The Role:
- The Commercial Finance Broker will have weekly and monthly meetings with your heads of to track success.
- Access to an extensive panel of lenders which the company has put together over time and continues to grow as needs arise.
- You will have the ability to add any lenders you feel would be beneficial.
- Admin and senior support to assist with funding applications.
- Warm leads will be shared from the accountancy practice. As well as your own client base, we can provide additional data on requests for you to target.
- A successful candidate needs to be a financially driven individual, this is a role for the harder you work the more you make.
