  • We are seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to join this high-performing and passionate team.

Role:

  • As a National Account Manager, you'll take the lead in smashing commercial, financial, and brand goals while fueling explosive growth in the "Away from Home" sector for 2025.
  • Be a driving force behind the company's success by achieving sales and profitability targets and boosting our shelf presence.
  • Partner with the Customer Marketing Manager and dynamic teams to craft and execute standout promotional strategies that propel market growth.
  • Champion the launch of exciting new products and elevate our core range, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Forge and nurture strong relationships with key customers through savvy negotiations and strategic business plans.
  • Take charge of performance and distributor relationships, driving the company to new heights in the market.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Several years' experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record managing Pharmacy, Convenience and High Street Discounter customers.
  • Expertise in driving growth and delivering strong results through customer, channel, and market insights.
  • Skilled in negotiation, with a history of securing long-term deals and investments.
  • Experience in leading teams, developing talent, and ideally managing distributors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of margins, forecasting, and demand planning.
  • Proven success in exceeding new business targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communicator with top-notch time management, organisation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable, with the ability to build strong relationships.
