Job Title: Management Accountant - 2 days on site 3 days remote,

£60000 - £65000 Per annum
Job Duties:
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Analysing financial data and variances
- Developing budgets and forecasts
- Monitoring financial performance
- Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations
- Supporting decision-making processes
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial software and systems
- Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
