Position: Permanent – Full Time
An experienced local Estate Agency Branch Manager is sought for this highly successful independent company for their Ashford, Kent office.
This is a chance to join a thriving company with a dynamic modern approach, that takes pride in providing a professional residential sales and lettings service within a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
The perfect candidate will currently be working in the residential estate agency industry in and have a winning grasp of the sales process, listings, and valuations as well as an excellent personal sales record and a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means.
Management experience is also essential, but the company may consider an aspiring Assistant Manager looking to step up if they have the right experience and attitude!
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious, with previous experience in residential property sales and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities.
Most importantly, the candidate will have strong local connections or a history of having worked previously in the New Romney area.
Skills: The skills required for this Branch Manager (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Previous residential estate agency experience
- Excellent sales ability
- Experience with managing and mentoring a team
- Listing and valuation experience
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Superb local knowledge of Ashford and surrounding area
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
