Responsibilities:

  • Manage the invoice ageing report on a daily basis.
  • Chase customers for invoice payments using email and telephone communication.
  • Monitor the Microsoft Outlook inbox daily.
  • Escalate late payments to the department manager as necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks using Sage Intacct.
  • Support the employee expense controller in their daily responsibilities.
  • Process expenses payments and reconcile credit card statements on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience with internet banking.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using computer software for data entry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working within a small team.
  • Proactive and helpful approach to work.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from £17,472 to £18,564 per year, depending on experience. This is a part-time position, offering a flexible working pattern.
