We have an amazing opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join an established Legal 500 tiered firm in Birmingham. The highly regarded team of 9 are looking to bring on a lawyer to run their own cases and work with the partners in bigger cases relating to most forms of commercial litigation in the High Court.
Our client is looking to bring on an experienced, highly motivated individual to deal with a caseload of complex, varied, high value matters, with one eye on developing into a future partner. Candidates will have a breadth of experience dealing with commercial and corporate matters including:
- contract disputes
- corporate disputes
- insolvency
- insurance
- professional negligence
- defamation
- procurement
The successful candidate will be ambitious, hard-working, comfortable dealing with complex and high-value matters, and have demonstrable experience playing a major role in High Court Litigation cases.
2-3 years PQE
Hybrid Working available
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
