Bespoke products and equipment used in research and development environments around the world, this is a chance to take a lead role in bringing tailored customer requirements to life and leading projects from start to finish. You'll be working with very high-spec hardware, and each product is custom-made per order. As part of a multi-discipline team, and with everything manufactured in-house you can see your designs right through to the end product.

Here you'll be using Creo, though experience of any 3D CAD package is fine, and you'll be creating 3D models, detail components drawings as well as assembly drawings.
The Candidate: Mechanical Design Engineer
We are looking for a proactive person who looks for solutions to problems, and who will have most of the following skills and experience:
- 4+ years' experience in mechanical design in a role such as Design Engineer, CAD Engineer, Mechanical Engineer
- Experience using SolidWorks, Inventor, Solid Edge, Creo or a similar package.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Confident in voicing your opinions and ideas, both within the team and to other departments
