Calling all Warehouse Supervisors available for an Immediate start open to Temp - Perm!!!
I have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a long term opportunity..
You will be overseeing 2 staff members.
- Assigning day to day workload to warehouse team
- Identify areas of improvement and establish or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Coordinate activities with other departments
- Receiving and despatching goods.
- Planning storage allocation
- Quality control checks
- Picking and packing goods in line with customer requirments,
- Loading and unloading Lorries
- Ensuring all stock areas are clean and tidy
- Inventory Checks
- Handling customer returns
- Small batch assembly-testing of products when required.
- Ordering packaging supplies
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
- Waste/Recycling Management.
The ideal candidate would hold a current counterbalance Forklift certificate ideally.
This role is an immediate start, starting off as a temp with a view of going permanent, although the pay is lower temp it is a well paid permanent role!!
Lovely hours for a warehouse role and no weekends!!
