Our Client:
Is a leading distributor of premium automotive maintenance equipment and a provider of essential support services and training in the UK & Ireland. With its diverse range of customers from franchise dealers, tyre shops, general repair workshops, body-shops and car manufacturers, the business has continued to enjoy year on year success and is now searching for additional team members to join their engineering department.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily servicing and maintenance of equipment on client sites.
- Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of products.
- Perform diagnostic tests and repairs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment at customer sites.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and recommend products to customers.
Skills & Experience:
- A strong work ethic with the ability to be trained on products/equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train customers on equipment.
- Initiative to identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- UK Driving License.
- UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK - please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas applicants.
