Hours: 40 hours 9-5:30pm

Job Purpose Summary: To build the relationship with partner estate agents; encourage estate agent to send leads to our client (list houses); to help vendors to see the value in the service proposition. An Associate AS generally has 12 months to progress to recognition as an AS but can progress in a shorter time frame if all requirements are met. This role is fundamentally similar to that of an AS but there will be limitations to the level of partner managed and the range of activity until requirements are met. Job description: • Build upon and develop new or existing relationships with our partner estate agents;

  • Maintain high levels of engagement across your partner agent portfolio;
  • Educate partner agents on the benefits of the Clients proposition for auction;
  • Daily interactions with our partner agents utilising various communication methods such as MS Teams, Zoom, telephone calls and app technology;
  • Attend and complete successfully 'TheAcademy' including successful transition through the Grad Bay process;
  • Engage all development opportunities relative to role and actively seek out best ways of working;
  • Educate vendors on the benefits of auctions and how it could be a better route to sell their property;
  • Handle all offer negotiations on behalf of the partner estate agent with vendors and buyers in accordance with current AML standards and company best practices;
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders;
  • Effectively handle any stage one customer complaints from your own portfolio of properties ensuring a successful outcome;
  • Professionally handle all financial transactions as per procedure;
  • Liaise successfully and maintain open dialogue with all other relevant internal departments to ensure a seamless service for the customer;
  • Adhere and strive to succeed in the performance framework of monthly and quarterly KPIs and targets; To effectively manage your time to enable you to achieve and excel at the duties and customer service as outlined in the job description;
  • To immediately advise your Group Finance Director of any issues that have been brought to your attention about any matter regarding Money Laundering or deemed to be out of the ordinary;
  • To carry out any ad hoc activities as requested by your Line Manager that are within your skill set and experience.

Person Specification:

2 year's previous property experience

Property Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the property industry, encompassing market trends and nuances, which can be acquired through prior experience in property or related fields such as finance or surveying.

Strong Communication Skills: Essential for negotiating with clients and communicating auction terms clearly.

Negotiation Skills: Established capability to negotiate with various stakeholders, with a natural inclination towards closing deals.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivating strong relationships with partner agents, vendors and buyers.

Attention to Detail: Being meticulous in documenting conversation notes and reviewing sales particulars.

Resilience and Tenacity: Ability to deal with rejection and persisting in pursuing opportunities in challenging situations.

Adaptability: Flexibility in adjusting strategies based on changing market conditions.

Proven Track Record in a Target Driven Environment: Proven success in meeting targets within a sales-driven environment

Willingness to Commit to Personal and Professional Growth: Pro actively embracing self improvement and evolving alongside the company's growth.
