Pertemps are recruiting an Administrator to join their Inverness based client. The purpose of the vacancy is to provide administrative support to the Inverness office in addition to the larger business area.

Responsibilities

:

  • Managing mail process
  • Scanning, filing, managing records
  • Handling client documents
  • Assist with AML queries
  • Manage internal database
  • Generating high quality documents in a short timeframe
  • Ensure all documents are prepared in the correct format
  • Other duties as and when required
