Description
The Legal Operations & Technology Manager role will hold the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of legal systems
- Manage the internal case management process
- Ensure legal systems are being fully utilised
- Review and manage internal processes, suggesting changes to improve efficiency's
- Provide reports and analysis to departmental managers
- Supervising 2 junior paralegals
Profile
The successful candidate for the Legal Operations & Technology Manager role will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Have a background within law/relevant legal qualification
- Experience of working in a similar data/systems focused role
- Experience of working on system implementations
- Experience of supervising junior team members
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Job Offer
This is an interim position for an initial period of 6 months.
Hybrid working is available- minimum 2 days in the office.
Day rate or Fixed term contract options can be considered.
