Key Responsibilities:
The role of the Company Commercial Solicitor has various facets including:
- Contract drafting and review - preparing and assessing contracts.
- Business transactions - handling mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Compliance and risk management - assessing risks in business transactions
- Litigation and dispute resolution - Representing businesses in court or other dispute resolution processes.
- General legal advice - Providing legal guidance
Experience and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years PQE gained with a leading regional or city firm.
- Understand the preparation of sale and purchase agreements and other technical documents.
- Have an excellent knowledge of all company commercial law including buying and selling businesses
