Project Manager
Rate: £21 - £27 via Umbrella

Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation in the South West, who are seeking a Project Manager to support with the management and delivery of change across the organisation.
Main duties of the job:
- Provide clear leadership, be a positive role model and actively promote both the organisation's vision and strategic aims and values
- Create and manage administrative systems to support business needs, creating templates for all formal correspondence
- Research, develop and implement administration policies and procedures liaising with the SLT as necessary to ensure governance arrangements are in place
- Lead on agreed time limited projects as well as provide operational support to the Director of Change and Governance, MD and other SLT members with said projects
- Lead project partners in the delivery of the plans, allocating tasks as appropriate, identifying risks, issues and dependencies, considering best practice and current options and ultimately making decisions in the best interest of the project
- Provide support to the MD's office in all operational requirements and support day to day management of the office
- Support with all Governance requirements and Board related matters working closely with EA and PA
- Co-ordinate and consolidate all Project, Programme reporting including monitoring of Business Plan Progress and other Board and committee papers/presentations as and when required
Essential Skills:
- Relevant experience within the public sector (ideally NHS)
- 3+ years related service improvement / programme management experience
- Experience in supervising the work of others and in providing training to colleagues
