Family Law Solicitor
A Family Law Solicitor with 5-10 years PQE is required to join a prestigious long-establishedFamily Law Specialist law firm based in Cheam, Surrey.
The department deals with a high-quality privately paid work. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.
The caseload will include, but not be limited to divorce and finance matters, children matters, pre/post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, cohabitation disputes, civil partnerships, and more.
There is a healthy blend of Family work in this role not pigeonholing yourself to one aspect of the practice. This is intentionally designed for someone who enjoys variety.
Requirements
- You will be a Family Solicitor with 5-10 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
- You will have experience managing a family law caseload
