Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEND, understanding their unique needs and learning styles.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Use initiative to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
- Work closely with the SENCo, dedicated consultants, and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure the best outcomes for students.
