HR ADVISOR - Wigan - 5 MONTH FTC
My client is looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on a 5 month FTC, to support the business through a period of change. You will be working in a team of 4, working closely with the senior HR Business Partners.
The successful candidate will be able to work between the hours of 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, on-site in Wigan.
You will be required to:
- Provide administrative support throughout a busy consultation process
- Take accurate notes in meetings, compile information and forward agenda accurately
- Oversee spreadsheet and systems management, including mail merging
- Coordinating and conducting 1-2-1 meetings with at risk employees across the site
The suitable candidate will have a strong background in HR, and ideally have experience of the redundancy process.
