Job Description
We are working with this client in search of a 1st Line Support Analyst in Gillingham. The role is full-time with a required 5 days a week on site. The client is looking for an impressive IT Desktop Analyst who will show dedication to the role with the intention of applying themselves for the benefit of the team and company.
You will be joining a team with the purpose of providing essential technical assistance and maintenance for their clients. Your main responsibilities will focus on the desktop environment.
You will need to be able to:
- Perform basic hardware and software maintenance - ensuring systems are updated and secure.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues - ensuring tasks are completed in an efficient manner.
- Ability to liaise with network administrators to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and help resolve them.
- Deal with incident reports and be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal and external teams.
- Comply with security procedures and protocols.
