We are seeking an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator with a strong focus on corporate insolvency to join our boutique firm in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex corporate insolvency cases and a deep understanding of related procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in insolvency administration, with a significant focus on corporate insolvency. Experience in Admins, CVLS, MVLS
- In-depth knowledge of UK insolvency laws and procedures, particularly those relating to corporate entities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage complex corporate insolvency cases from start to finish, including liquidations, administrations, and company voluntary arrangements (CVAs)
- Liaise with creditors, directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders in corporate insolvency proceedings
- Prepare detailed financial reports and statutory documentation for corporate insolvency cases
- Assist in asset realisations and distributions in corporate insolvencies
- Mentor junior staff members on corporate insolvency procedures
- Stay updated on changes in corporate insolvency legislation and best practices
Qualifications:
- ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- CPI (Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency) qualification desirable
- Demonstrable experience in handling a diverse range of corporate insolvency cases
