Senior Insolvency Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator with a strong focus on corporate insolvency to join our boutique firm in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex corporate insolvency cases and a deep understanding of related procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in insolvency administration, with a significant focus on corporate insolvency. Experience in Admins, CVLS, MVLS
  • In-depth knowledge of UK insolvency laws and procedures, particularly those relating to corporate entities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex corporate insolvency cases from start to finish, including liquidations, administrations, and company voluntary arrangements (CVAs)
  • Liaise with creditors, directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders in corporate insolvency proceedings
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and statutory documentation for corporate insolvency cases
  • Assist in asset realisations and distributions in corporate insolvencies
  • Mentor junior staff members on corporate insolvency procedures
  • Stay updated on changes in corporate insolvency legislation and best practices

Qualifications:

  • ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
  • CPI (Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency) qualification desirable
  • Demonstrable experience in handling a diverse range of corporate insolvency cases
