Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for an Administrator for a leading construction company on a 6 month interim period at Birmingham Business Park, Birmingham

Candidate responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and implement office procedures
  • Organise post and distribute accordingly
  • Handle queries from management, customers and the team
  • Organising office space, house keeping and resources
  • Create and maintain electronic/paper documents

Skills needed

  • Establishing good working relationships across multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Travel between locations
  • Ability to stay calm in busy environment and work under pressure
  • Work off own initiative
