Job Description:
You will be responsible for the operational performance of the service; you be responsible and accountable for its 24 hour management.
Main Duties:
- Assuming the role of CQC Registered Manager
- Ensuring complaince with all relevent legislation
- Responsible for the operational performance of the service
- Ensuring that all points of the service delivery are implemented to high standards
- Managing a team of staff, ensuring that duties are completed and providing leadership
- Liaising with service users, local authorties and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 yers' experience as a Registered Manager
- Minimum of Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Full driving license with use of own vehicle
