Sales Support Coordinator
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
Up to £27,000 per annum DOE
I am currently representing a rapidly growing manufacturing company who are looking for an experienced sales administrator to join their team.
Key duties:
- Being the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email handling any queries
- Liaising between the sales and accounts team to ensure that the correct customer information has been provided and is up to date
- Processing customers orders in a prompt and timely manner
- Record any customers enquiries into the company CRM system and validating leads before passing them onto the sales team
- Understanding customer requirements and identifying potential products and accessories that may be suitable to meet their criteria
- Ensure that the booking system is up to date and accurate
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints
- Liaise with engineers in regards to jobs
If you have a sales administrative background and experience of using systems such as CRM and Microsoft Office this is preferred but not essential. If you're a candidate with a strong customer service/administrative background, please apply and Reed will be in touch.
