The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Internal Communications Manager to join our client's People and Communications team. As an Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing an annual internal communications plan that aligns internal and executive messaging around desired culture, strategic initiatives, and aspired market positioning.
  • Cooperate with different company stakeholders and business unit leaders at all levels.
  • Manage the company's internal communications channels and continue to drive the development and maintenance of the company intranet
  • working autonomously to ensure that employees are well informed about ongoing business and future ambitions.
  • Produce communications materials: Develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications, including presentations, announcements, newsletters, news videos and blog posts to be delivered across a variety of communications channels.
  • Support leadership with communication and messaging.
  • Employee Branding: Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, workshops and surveys.
  • Organise company meetings and events

The Candidate:

We're keen to speak to Experienced Communications Professionals who ideally have:

  • Degree in communication, marketing or able to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar role
  • Experience in devising and rolling-out a communications strategy, ideally in a pan-European business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in conducting surveys, analyzing results, and using data to inform communication strategies and decision-making.
  • Experience of working with senior leadership and experience of working in an autonomous working environment
