HR & Communications Assistant

Based – Mr Kipling Bakery, Stoke on Trent (ST4 6PH)

Salary circa £26,000 per annum

Permanent, full time

Whether you are just starting out in your HR career or looking to take a different path, we would like to hear from you! The role of HR & Communications Assistant at our Mr Kipling Bakery in Stoke on Trent will play a pivotal role within the HR department by ensuring a seamless administrative and payroll function is delivered.

You will assist the HR Team to deliver a first-class employee experience across the HR generalist field whilst also taking the lead on delivering the site communications strategy and ensure all employees are kept up to date and engaged with all company and site events and benefits.

What do you need to be successful?

You will have a strong and curious approach to HR process and people engagement and have previous experience of working in a fast paced administrative role.

Our site is putting employee engagement and communication at the heart of what we do, and we are looking for someone to join us who can inspire and lead the way.

Key Requirements....

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages and able to easily navigate HR/payroll systems
  • Data collection and trend analysis, using Excel
  • People-centred work ethic, proactive approach to engagement and communication.
