We are pleased to announce that we are currently partnered with an established brand within the employee benefits field who are seeking an EB Consultant to join their remote-based team.
After recent positive changes throughout the business, we are supporting our client in finding an individual to join their SME and Small business solutions division.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing a book of retention clients, supporting with renewals and dealing with day to day communications
- Consulting across both Healthcare and Group Risk products
- Cross-selling and up-selling where necessary
- Working collaboratively with the wider team
Skills Required:
- 2-3 years of employee benefits consulting
- Confident in managing a book of clients
- Knowledge across both Healthcare & Group Risk
- Strong communication
